Pickrr Connect

With Pickrr Connect, you can send real time personalized updates to buyers throughout the order journey via SMS, WhatsApp and Email. Sellers can track all notifications for every order on a real time basis.

Following events are offered in Pickrr Connect :

  • Order Placed
  • Order Picked Up
  • Order In-Transit
  • Delivery Delay
  • Out for Delivery  
  • Order Delivered
  • Order not Delivered

A separate wallet called 'Notification Wallet' will be maintained for handling the payments for availing notification channels for multiple communication events.

This feature uses virtual currency called Pickrr coins :

  • SMS : 0.18 and two bonus free events
  • Whatsapp : 0.95 
  • Emails : Free of cost.

The alerts are powered by Pickrr. A seller can brand these notifications as well.

Seller can now send order updates to his end-customers via his own Whatsapp account, instead of Pickrr’s Whatsapp account.

  • For Branded WhatsApp, the seller needs to have a verified Facebook Business Manager account and a new phone number. 
  • Customized WhatsApp message templates are also supported as per the individual seller’s preference. 
  • Branded tracking URLs can be sent in SMS/WhatsApp/Email notifications. 

Further, Pickrr offers NDR Whatsapp messages at no additional cost. A seller must activate the ‘Order not delivered’ Whatsapp event. In case of NDR, the buyer will receive an NDR whatsapp alert allowing them to reply and provide further details for a successful delivery. The information will be auto forwarded to the courier company and also updated in Pickrr Connect section.

  1. Buyer Engagement : With Pickrr Connect, buyer is given assurance in form of constant alerts of his order journey. This increases the credibility of Seller and buyers’ engagement.
  2. Low NDR % : With timely alerts of specific order events, buyers are able to ensure their availability for delivery or give prior updates and requests for future delivery. This results in less NDR ratio.
  3. Less RTO % : A buyer is given information from the time order is confirmed, through the entire transit process,to the time it is out for delivery. Here they can inform the seller timely for any cancellations or urgent requests.
