Create Order
From your multiple store locations, orders can be placed in 2 ways :
Single Order Placement
Orders can lie under various weight slabs/categories and can be shipped either from your warehouse to your customers (Forward Shipment) or from your customers back to your warehouse (Reverse Shipment). Furthermore, you can opt for multi package service and can place the orders in your local language.
Follow the below-mentioned easy steps to place your order:
Step 1: Select the order and shipment type as per your customer's requirements.
Step 2: Enter customer specific contact details for smooth order processing.
Step 3: At last, fill in the required order details including Item’s dimensions and weight, SKU (Stock Keeping Units), Price, Qty etc. to place the order.
Bulk Order Placement
Save your bandwidth of manually entering too many orders by simply uploading a CSV format file including all the details same as the Single Order Placement. The sample format can be downloaded for reference as well.
