Channel Orders

In this section, go through your orders placed via your various defined channels within an entered date range and add additional pickup locations. For a specific channel, you can select and search orders using the order details (including ID, item name, weight), sender’s contact info, receiver’s contact info, SKU (Stock Keeping Units) or payment mode (including invoice value and COD amount) and access whether the placed order is:

  • Unfulfilled Orders (Contains the list of those orders which are still required to be placed)
  • Already Fulfilled (Contains the list of all your orders placed through Pickrr)
  • Or is there any Error which needs to be addressed.
 
Additionally, you can place orders in bulk on your Pickrr dashboard and check the specific details of all the orders fetched from all your integrated channels by downloading the orders in the available CSV formats.
 
Moreover, using the actions defined for every single order, you can:

Place a new order
 
Place a similar order
 
 Print the label
